Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering HR Accounting & Taxation Services Pty Ltd (“the Company”) for your accounting and taxation needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services: The Company will provide accounting and taxation services to the best of its abilities in accordance with the engagement letter or scope of services agreed upon between the Company and the client.
Fees: The fees for our services will be agreed upon in advance and will be based on the complexity of the work to be performed. Any additional work outside the agreed scope of services will be subject to additional fees. Payment terms are net 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality: The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any such information to any third party unless required to do so by law.
Professional Conduct: The Company will perform all services in accordance with the applicable professional standards and ethics of the accounting and taxation industry.
Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability to the client for any claims arising out of or related to our services will be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client to the Company for those services.
Indemnification: The client will indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the client’s use of the Company’s services.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. The client will be responsible for paying all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or territory in which the Company is located.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.
